VCSC organized Yoga training for all the Employees from Group Companies. Proficient Yoga Masters Mr. Ekambaram and Mr. Partheeban handled the sessions on 28 Aug 2015. The Yoga masters explained the importance of Yoga and how it helps oneself adapt to modern lifestyle. The Masters taught Simplified Yoga exercises to the participants which covered exercises for Hands, Legs, Eyes, and Spine.
Our Employees eagerly participated in the Yoga exercises under the guidance of the Masters. The Employees feed back were excellent and they committed to continuing the exercises on a regular basis for better health.
